摘    要:针对史密斯预估器在模型失配时其控制效果变差的缺陷,本文设计了一种基于极点配置的状态观测器构建的汽温控制系统模型。该模型通过极点配置的方法,使多个常系数一阶惯性环节构造的状态观测器逼近被控对象,观测器的输出经 PD(比例-微分)控制器可以超前反馈到系统中,以克服滞后环节和系统不确定性的影响,其中微分作用,可以消除系统的动态偏差。同时,结合带有滞后环节的二阶被控对象对该优化模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明:该方法构建的汽温控制系统具有较好的动态性能和控制品质,为消除滞后环节对汽温控制系统的影响提供了一种有效途径。

Abstract:Aiming at the defect that when smith-predictor model mismatch,its control effect getsworse,a steam temperature control system model built on state observer based on pole assignment isdesigned. The model makes several constant coefficients first -order damp elements constructedstate observer approximate the controlled object by using pole assignment,the observer output canmake feedback in advance to the system by PD (Proportion-Differentiation)controller,so that toovercome the effect of lagging link and uncertainty of the system,and differential effect caneliminate the dynamic deviation of the system. Meanwhile,simulate the optimization model combinedwith a second-order controlled object which has an integration element. The simulation experimentshows that steam temperature control system by the method has better dynamic performance andcontrol quality,which provides an effective way to eliminate the influence of lag link on the steamtemperature control system.
