摘    要:针对某发电厂 200 MW 机组锅炉炉膛负压波动的问题,从锅炉运行状况和参数变化、 炉膛负压测量系统、锅炉运行参数调整和炉膛结焦等方面进行分析,提出了相应的处理措施。分析结果表明:炉膛负压波动的主要原因是锅炉大块焦渣掉落引起,运行人员操作不当导致的一次风压波动是次要原因;而炉膛压力测量系统存在缺陷产生了假波动或波动幅度扩大,使波动时间延长。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of boiler furnace negative pressure fluctuation of 200 MWgenerating set in a power plant,analyzes the status of boiler operation and parameter variety,furnacenegative pressure measurement system running and furnace slagging,puts forward relevant treatmentmeasures. The analysis result shows that(1)the main cause of furnace negative pressure fluctuationresulted from large pieces of slag falling,(2)the secondary reason is the misoperation of operatorsleading to primary air pressure fluctuation,(3)the furnace negative pressure measurement systemexists defect which produce false fluctuation or enlarging the range of fluctuation,prolong thefluctuation time.
