自动电压控制分区合理性的评价方法研究

摘    要:针对现有自动电压控制系统缺乏有效的分区结果评价方法,从控制区无功储备、分区耦合性、中枢节点合理性 3 个方面建立了一套较为完整的分区合理性评价指标体系,并提出评价方法。该方法能够评价自动电压控制区划分结果的好坏,进而对控制策略制定提供有效支撑。 应用该评价方法对 IEEE 39 节点系统和宁夏电网进行仿真,较为全面地评价了不同分区结果的好坏,验证了方法的正确性和有效性。分析结果表明:该方法可为宁夏电网 AVC 系统实际应用提供支持和参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of current automatic voltage control(AVC)system lacks effectiveevaluation methods of partition results,considering the reactive power storage in control area,partition coupling and the rationality of hub nodes,establishes a set of more complete evaluationindex system and puts forward the evaluation method. The method can evaluate good or bad for thepartition result in an AVC area,further provide valid support for the control strategy establishment.The author applies the evaluation method to simulate IEEE 39 nodes system and Ningxia powergrid,fully evaluates good or bad of different partition results,verifies the correctness and validity ofthe evaluation method. The analysis result shows that the method can provide a certain support andreference for practical application of AVC system in Ningxia power grid.
