摘    要:为降低锅炉排烟温度,提高机组经济性,采用“热重-红外光谱”的方法分析实际煤种的挥发分(CO)析出规律,研究磨煤机温度提升对煤粉着火能的影响,以验证磨煤机出口温度提升的可行性。试验结果表明:磨煤机出口温度提升后,磨煤机运行安全可靠,锅炉排烟温度下降,锅炉效率提高,发电标准煤耗降低约1.17 g/(kW·h),机组年节约费用约人民币128.2万元,具有良好的经济效益和推广价值,可为同类型燃煤机组提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:In order to reduce flue gas temperature of the boiler and improve economy of thegenerators, adopts thermogravimetry and infrared- spectrum methods to analyze the volatilesseparating law for actual kinds of coals, studies the influence of coal pulverizer temperature upgradeon coal powder combustion capability, verifies the feasibility of coal pulverizer exit temperatureupgrade. The test result shows that: after the coal pulverizer exit temperature upgrade, the operation ofthe coal pulverizers are safe and reliable, reduces standard coal consumption for power generationabout 1.17 g/(kW·h), saves generators cost about RMB1.282 million yuan a year, brings fine economicbenefits and spread value, can provide reference for the same type of generators.
