| Abstract: | It was demonstrated that treating environmental pollution within a prescribed time was a litigable concrete administrative action. After studying the treating environmental pollution within a prescribed time and its admin-istrive punishment subject. and analysing the relative legal standard, this paper clarified much indistinct understanding and put forward some suggestive option. |
