滇西北地区环境质量及污染治理

滇西北地区整体上环境污染问题不突出，但局部地区较为严重，而且乡镇企业，旅游业和城镇人口产生的污染不容忽视。随着矿产资源的进一步开发和旅游业的发展，必须强化环境管理，调整产业结构和工业布局，集中处理废水，加强对乡镇工业的管理以及健全机构，加强宣传，才能促使当地的经济社会与环境协调发展。

Environmental Quality and Pollution Control in the Northwest of Yunnan Province

The environment pollution in the north-west of Yunnan Province is not so serious on the entire area, but it is very severe in some parts, specially the pollution come from town and viuage enterprises, tourism and people living in the town. So with which only harmonious development of local social economy and environment can be achieved.These measures include the strengthening of environment management, strengthening the management, establishing the integrated structure of county industry and enhancing the power of propagation.
