Primary Analysis on Application of Interior Audit and Management Review in Quality Management of Sea Environment Monitoring

Whether CMA quality management systems works well in quality "processing" management of marine environmental monitoring depends on the two active factors of internal audit and management review's effective implementation in quality management systems. In this paper, by analyzing in very great detail the connotative meanings and the roles of internal audit and management review, the authors study how to effectively implement internal audit and management review in quality management of marine environmental monitoring at present, and point out that attention must be called to impress on top management the significance of internal audit and review management, the methods of leadership and work, and the follow-up work of internal audit and review management is dealt with.
