厌氧UASB-好氧工艺处理染料废水的研究

摘    要:报道厌氧-好氧工艺处理染料废水的试验结果。厌氧段采用UASB反应器,好氧段采用普通活性污泥法。试验结果表明,进水COD1150—1300mg/L、色度500倍的染料废水,在厌氧段停留6—10h,可获得60%以上的COD去除率,色度降到50—100倍。后续曝气6h,总COD去除率可达85%-90%,色度降至20倍左右。进出水的光谱分析揭示,染料废水的脱色主要发生在厌氧段.并且通过生物降解作用来实现。从这些结果得出,UASB-好氧工艺是处理染料废水的一种经济有效的方法。

Abstract:The results were reported from a study on thetreatment of dye-stuff wastewater by using an anaerobic/aerobic process,wherein the anaerobic stage was carried out in a UASB reactor and theaerobic sarge was using a conventional activated sludge process.The results show that with a raw dye-stuff wastewater of 1150-1300 mg COD/Land 500 fold colourity(a colour scale meant by thenumber of dilution times leading to a colour thatseems to be the colour of tap water)under thecondition of HRT 6-10h at the anaerobic stage,the COD removal was more than 60% and thecolourity was reduced to 50-100 folds.If followed by an additional 6h aeration treatment,the totalCOD removal was up to 85%-90% and the colourity was further reduced to about 20 folds. Thespectrometric analyses of influent and effluent revealed that the decolouration of dye-stuffwastewater mainly took place at the anaerobic stageand was achieved through bilogical degradation.Itwas concluded that the anaerobic/aerobic processwas a cost-effective way to treat a dye-stuffwastewater and was of a great value of practicalapplication.
