高湿天气的时空变化及其对交通安全的影响

摘    要:利用1951—1998年40多年的气象资料,根据每日08时的空气相对湿度值超过95%的出现频率,分析了京珠高速等沿线高湿天气的时空变化特点以及该时空分布特征给车辆运行和驾驶带来的影响问题。同时指出:高湿天气具有明显的区段性差异和季节性差异;该差异将会使驾驶环境变得复杂,给车辆的行驶和驾驶人员的心理带来很不利的影响,直接影响着交通安全。还根据分析结论提出了减少安全事故发生的具体措施。

Abstract:By using the meteorological data from 1951 to 1998,and according to the frequency that the relative air humidity at 8 a.m.surpasses 95% every day,the changing characteristics of high humid weather in time and space along Beijing-Zhuhai expressway and its influence on traffic safety are firstly analyzed.Then,it is pointed out that the high humid weather distinctly varies with regions and seasons;this characteristic makes the driving environment more complex,brings bad effects to drivers' psychology and thus directly influences the traffic safety.At last,concrete measures against traffic accidents are put forward according to the analysis conclusion.
