| 摘 要： | 针对蛮河流域水环境污染严重的状况,在流域水质现状评价的基础上,以水环境容量为依据,制定了流域水污染物总量控制方案;并结合实际情况,提出了流域水污染防治的具体措施,指出水环境容量研究是流域水污染物总量控制的基础,实施总量控制是防治水环境污染的有效途径和重要保障。

| Abstract: | The problem of water contamination in Manhe basin is very serious.This paper constitutes a project of total amount control of water for Manhe basin according to the calculation of water environment capacity based on water quality assessment,and brings forward some concrete measures of contamination prevention.The paper also points out that water environment capacity is the base of total amount control of water pollutants and the practice of contamination gross control is an effective approach and important ... |
