| Abstract: | It is helpful to put into force the sustainable development strategy in China to enhance the innovation of technology and develop the industry of high and newly- invented technology.This paper expatiates on the function of technological innovation,such as improving the competitive ability of general national power,adjusting the industrial structure,and so on.The author analyses the existing problem of our technological innovation system and comes up with the choice of the policy about the technological innovation and the realizatioin of industrialization. |
