摘 要: | 针对某化工集团废水处理及回用工程采用气浮装置预处理化工废水,研究主要对气浮装置的原理、设计参数、药剂投加等进行实践与探讨。运行结果表明,在稳定运行阶段,可实现进水量2083 m3/h。进水CODcr平均浓度为600 mg/L,SS浓度为220 mg/L,石油类平均浓度为50 mg/L,处理出水CODcr≤490mg/L、SS≤46.2mg/L、石油类≤1mg/L。该工艺处理效果稳定,对悬浮物和石油类处理效果显著。

Application of Floatation Equipment in the Treatment of Petrochemical Wastewater |

Abstract: | Wastewater treatment and reuse project of a Chemical Industry Group pretreats petrochemical wastewater using floatation equipment. The main principles of floatation equipment, design parameters, pharmaceutical dosing were mainly studied and discussed. The results showed that , after the stable operation stage, the average water inflow is 2083 m3/h. While the average inffluent concentration of CODcr is 600 mg/L, SS is 220mg/L, petroleum is 50mg/L, the effluent indexes are COD≤490 mg/L, SS≤46.2mg/L, petroleum≤1 mg/L. The reactor operates continuously and stably, especially for SS and petroleum removal. |
