云南省污染气候区划

通过污染气象分析,找出了影响空气污染的主要污染气候因子,利用全省126个气象站的常规气象资料,计算了大气纳污指数,对全省污染气候作了区别,为全省工业总体布局和规划提供了依据。 区划结果揭示了污染气候的基本规律。从总体来说,全省大气纳污能力从北向南减弱。其中曲靖地区、红河州、丽江地区、大理州是纳污能力最强的地区;思茅地区、西双版纳州、德宏州和临沧地区西南部是纳污能力最弱地区。区划结果与全省近十年大气环境影响评价结论一致。 

The Delimitation of Pollution Climate in Yunnan Province

The major climatic factors affecting air pollution were found by analysing the meteorological conditions of pollution in this study, the climatic index of air pollution, which shows the capacity of accommodating air pollutants, was calculated by using" normal data obtained from 126 weather stations, for delimiting the climat of pollution of whole province to provide the basis of overall layout and planning of provincial industries.The result reveales the main rule that the capacity of accommodating air pollutants in Yunnan reduces in general from north to south, of which the areas ofQujing.Honghe and Dali are the strongest while Xishuang Banna> Simao, Dehong and the southwest Lingchang, are the weakest. The result is in accordance with the atmospheric environmental estimation conclusion in the past ten years.
