Study on Risk Share for Public-Private Partnership(PPP)Project of City Water Industry

PPP mode has been extensively used in city water industry and the cooperative mode and risk shares for public and private parties are the key of success for PPP project. In the different cooperation, the risk varieties and degree shared by both public and private are different. Therefore only the relationship between the cooperative mode and risk shares for PPP project should be managed correctly, then the public departments could correctly choose the cooperative mode and private ownership cooperative party for PPP project.
