论环境安全教育的内涵及其在环境灾害防治中的作用

环境安全已经成为当前环境问题的热点而日益受到人们关注,建立和实施环境安全战略已成为当前环境保护的迫切任务.环境安全教育是实施环境安全战略的根本途径,在维护环境安全、防治环境灾害中具有重要作用.文章分析了环境安全教育的内涵、在分析比较当前安全教育和环境教育内涵的基础上,对环境安全教育的内容和特征作了深入探讨,并分析其在环境保护和环境灾害防治中的重要作用.最后文章针对当前我国环境教育和安全教育的实际情况,提出有效实施环境安全教育的途径和方法.

Environmental Security Education and It's Function in Environmental Disasters Prevention and Mitigation

Environmental security issues are more and moe concerned by people and become hot spot of environmental problems at present.So constructing and actualizing the stratagem of environmental security turn into the most exigent task in the current environmental protection.Of all,environmental security education is the fundamental approach to the stratagem,it has an important effect on environmental security and disaster prevention.In this paper the concept and characters of environmental security education are put forward based on analysis of safety education and environmental education.The article analyses the important function of environmental security education in environmental protection,disaster prevention and disaster mitigation.At last,some effective approach and measure of environmental security education are put forward basis of current condition of environmental education and safety education in our country.
