煤矿生产事故的行为致因路径及其防控对策

The Behavioral Causation Chain of Coal Production Accidents and Its Prevention and Control Measures

The direct cause of coal production accidents and the responsibility of manager and miner are discussed,the behavior causation path of coal production accidents is analyzed,and the prevention and control measures are proposed.It is pointed out that: miners should bear main responsibility for unsafe machine and environment in coal production process,and their unsafe behavior is the direct behavior cause of coal production accidents;managers should bear main responsibility for miner's unsafe behaviors,and their poor behavior is the fundamental behavioral cause of coal production accidents;there exist the behavior causation chains from manager's poor behavior to miner's unsafe behavior,and to coal production accidents.Only by optimizing manager's behavior,reducing miner's unsafe behavior,and monitoring the state of machine and environment,could the causation chain of coal production accidents be cut off,and could the coal production accidents be reduced gradually.
