高速铁路列车运行冲突管理总论

In order to support the improvement of railway control level and provide guarantee for train operation safety,the study of train operation conflict management is carried out.On the bases of analyzing the characteristics of high-speed rail system,the conflicts are classified from 4 aspects after defining the train operation conflict for high-speed rail.And the characteristics of train operation conflicts are analyzed.The main contents of train operation conflict management for high-speed rail in China are given.Formation of train operation conflicts,conflict analysis,conflict resolution,train operation adjustment method and operation plan optimization and other issues based on conflict management constitute the main framework of conflict management.The theory system study of train operation conflict management for high-speed rail is one of the key issues of railway operation organization and it is the important guarantee for the safety of high-speed rail.
