摘    要:针对在役桥(门)式起重机金属结构安全性能评估中的疲劳寿命预测问题,以Paris公式的等幅载荷疲劳裂纹扩展寿命计算公式为基础,结合Miner线性累积损伤理论,推导了一种用于变幅和随机载荷的起重机金属结构疲劳寿命计算模型。结合相关的试验数据,对模型中的多个参数进行分析,用试验推荐值进行随机载荷下集装箱门式起重机金属结构的疲劳寿命计算,并对影响疲劳寿命的主要因素进行分析说明。模型假设条件少,公式简便,适用于桥(门)式起重机金属结构的疲劳寿命预测。

Abstract:Fatigue life prediction is one of the difficult safety performance evaluations of the service gantry crane steel structure.Based on the Paris formulas of load amplitude fatigue crack propagation life,combined with Miner linear cumulative damage theory,a calculation model for the amplitude and random loading fatigue life of crane metal structure was deduced.According to relevant test data,the model of the multiple parameters were analyzed,the random test load container gantry crane steel structure of the fatigue life was calculated by using the recommended values,and the main factors affecting the fatigue life were analyzed.Due to few assumptions and simple formula,the model is suitable for the steel structure fatigue life prediction of gantry cranes.
