基于跨部门信息的区域交通安全状态评价方法

摘    要:为了全面有效地评价道路交通安全状态,采用跨部门交通安全信息和熵权的相关理论对其进行研究。通过深入分析跨部门信息以及交通管理和路网结构层次划分的特点,从微观和宏观两个层面构建区域交通安全状态评价指标体系。采用密度算术加权平均算子,结合基于信息熵理论的熵权确定方法,提出基于熵权的密度算术加权平均算子。实例表明:该方法能够进行区域(路段)之间或同一区域(路段)不同时期交通安全状态的评价和比较,为道路交通安全管理部门提供决策支持依据。

Abstract:In order to effectively evaluate the traffic safety state of road,an evaluation method based on trans-department information and entropy weight was set up.Through deeply analyzing the traffic safety data and the characteristics of traffic management and road network structure,an evaluation indices system was constructed from macroscopic and microcosmic angles.By applying the density weighted arithmetic average operator and the determining method of entropy weight in information entropy theory,a density weighted arithmetic average operator based on entropy weight was put forward.The actual application shows that the method can evaluate and compare the traffic safety state of different regions(sections) in the same time or that of the same region(sections) in different periods,which provides support for the decision-making of road traffic safety management departments.
