| Abstract: | A comprehensive review on the applications and recent advances of ultrasound in wastewater treatment has been given in this paper. The principles,characteristics,influencing factors and the main achievements and conclusions available to date associated with sonolysis of wastewater have been outlined. Further, the existing technical problems and the developmental trend are discussed. |
