摘    要:以上海市松江区某污水处理厂的剩余污泥为原料,采用酸水解法提取干污泥中的蛋白质,考查了固液比、水解温度、水解时间、pH对蛋白质提取效果的影响。试验结果表明,水解的最佳条件为:水解液的pH为1.25;水解温度为118℃;固液比为1∶3.5;水解时间为5.5h。在此基础上,从安全性和营养性两方面考虑,对提取液中重金属和氨基酸...

Abstract:The excess sludge from the Shanghai Song Jiang sewage treatment plant was hydrolyzed by acid hydrolysis to extract protein.The results showed that the the conditions of optimal acid hydrolysis process for extraction of protein present in dried sludge are described as follows: pH 1.25,hydrolysis temperature 118 ℃,the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶3.5 and hydrolysis time 5.5 h.On this basis,the contents of heavy metals and some kinds of amino acid from the extracts by the optimal acid hydrolysis,while security and nutrition were taken into consideration,were determined.The result showed that the contents of heavy metals were lower,living up to the Health Standard for Animal Feed(China),and some kinds of amino acid were essential for animal growth in the extracts.So it was possible to take the extracts as animal feed additives.
