| 摘 要： | 生态工业园区是循环经济理论应用的重要层面，但部分工业区仍处在无序的“量”的扩张上，呈现重、轻工业交叉污染的现象。生态工业园区的发展和建设需健全的政策法制保障，依赖正确的法律法规贯彻执行，以促进和保障生态工业园区的发展。

| Abstract: | Ecologic industry area is the important aspect cyclic economic theory is applied to, but disordered increase in quantity still exists in some areas and there appears cross contamination between heavy and light industry. The development and construction of ecological industry area needs perfect policy and legal protection, and to rely on the implementation of correct law and regulations in order to promote and insure the development of ecological industry. |
