| Abstract: | The connotation of the view of scientific development was summarized in this paper, and it was suggested that the view should be characterized with human-oriented, overall, coordinated and sustainable development. It emphasized the harmony and unity of economic development, social development, human overall-development, population, resources, and environment. This new idea should be changed into specific actions of the government. |
