真菌和细菌对染料吸附脱色的高效共培养体系研究

摘    要:在含有真菌G 1培养液中加入染料厂污水排放口的污泥样品 ,从发生快速脱色降解染料的混合培养液中分离出 2株染料脱色细菌L_1和L_2 ,经API鉴定系统鉴定 ,确定菌株L_1为Enterobactersp .,菌株L_2为Peudomonassp .。研究比较了单一和不同组合混合的真菌G_1菌株 (Penicilliumsp .)、细菌L_1菌株 (Enterobactersp .)和L_2菌株 (Pseu domonassp .)对偶氮染料红M - 3BE(C .I .ReactiveRed 2 41)和蒽醌染料艳蓝KN -R(C .1.ReactiveBlue 19)的去除情况 ,发现G - 1真菌和 2种细菌组合的共培养体系对 5 0mg/L红M - 3BE和艳蓝KN -R处理 5h去除率达 10 0 %和 97.9% ,并且是以脱色降解作用为主 ,建立了染料脱色降解菌的最佳组合 ;进一步测定了此最佳共培养体系对另外 13种不同结构染料的脱色降解 ,结果表明 ,除对蒽醌染料R - 478脱色降解较差外 ,对其他染料均可在lh— 3d被完全脱色降解 ,表现出脱色降解染料的广谱性 ;向培养 4d的共培养体系中依次加入 8种染料 ,菌体可对染料连续脱色 ,维持脱色能力达 8d左右

Abstract:Two bacterium strains L-l and L-2 were isolated from liquid cultures of rapid decoloration and degradation of dyes by fungus G-l (Penicillium sp.), added with contaminated soil collected at the wastewa-ter discharge opening of a dye plant, defined as Enterobacter sp. and Pseudomonas sp. by API system, respectively . Adsorption and decoloration of azo dye C.I. Reactive Red 241 and anthraquinone dye C. I. Reactive Blue 19 by the fungus G-l (Penicillium sp.), the bacterium L-l (Enterobacter sp.) and L-2 (Pseudomonas sp. ), and by co-culturing of both fungus and bacterium was investigated and the co-culturing system of fungus-bacterium combinations with best effective decoloration and degradation was established in the studies. It was shown that co-culturing system of fungus Penicillium sp. G-l combined with two bacterium stains L-l and L-2 was able to eliminate 100% of azo dye and 97.9% of anthraquinone dye in 5 h. In the liquid medium containing 50 mg/L of C. I. Reactive Red 241 and C. I. Reactive Blue 19,and decoloration and degradation to the dyes was important in the elimination. The decoloration and degradation of 13 dyes with different structures was further determined in the best co-culturing system and the most of the dyes, except one anthraquinone dye,R-478, would be completely decolorized and degraded from 1 h to 3 d, showing that the fungus-bacterium co-cultures had a widespread decoloration to different dyes. The mycelium in the co-culturing medium , grown for 4 d , and continuously added with 8 dyes in turn , could sequentially decolorize the dyes and the capacity of decoloration would be kept for 8 days.
