上海交响乐团排演厅整体隔振及隔声研究

摘    要:上海交响乐团排演厅紧邻地铁线路,具有较高的隔振隔声要求,采取的隔振措施包括地铁轨道设置的浮置板道床和排演厅底板下的弹簧整体隔振,在排演厅底板下方共设置了108组弹簧。通过现场基础筏板的振动实测及排演厅整体动力计算分析,表明可以满足排演厅较高的振动和二次噪声控制要求。在此基础上,进行了排演厅结构优化重量减轻后的振动和噪声分析比较,得出了合理的弹簧刚度选取及布置的优化措施。

Abstract:The music hall of Shanghai symphony orchestra,which is near subway No.10,need high quality on vibration and noise control.The methods for vibration isolation include installing floating slab in the tunnel of subway and the 108 groups of isolating spring arranged below the slab of music hall.According to the raft tests data of vibration from subway and dynamical FEA analysis on the whole music hall,it shows that high quality control objectives of vibration level and structure-borne noise level satisfied well.While,with structural optimization the mass of music hall reduced,vibration and noise analysis and comparison is proceeded to obtain the means of springs optimization and arrangement.
