| 摘 要： | 污染源现场监测中的客观真实性和法律有效性是环境监测质量保证的重要内容,但在监测实践中还没有对此引起足够的重视,缺少有效的控制措施。文章在多年监测实践的基础上,总结归纳出一些控制措施和方法,实践证明,简单易行、科学有效。

| Abstract: | It is the important content in quality guarantee for environment monitoring that impersonal authenticity and juridical validity in spot monitoring of polluting sources.But we haven't attach enough importance to it yet and there is no effective control measure.This text summing up several control measures based on monitoring practice for many years.It was proved by practice that it is simple in practice and effective with reason. |
