| 摘 要： | 自然灾害对牧区经济产生巨大的破坏作用，牧区灾害的发生除受自然作力外，人类不合理的经济活动在一定条件下，促发灾宾形成。本文论述了牧区自然灾害的经济特性，人为因素对灾害发生的影响及控制人类经济活动合理的对策。

| Abstract: | Natural calamities have brought about a great damage to the economy in the pastoral area. The improper human activities have aggravated the calamities in the pastoral area apart from the natural forces. This paper studies the economic characteristics of the natural calamities, the influence of the artificial factors on the calamities and the countermeasures of controlling human economic activities in the pastoral area. |
