关于环境纠纷解决方式的探讨

在当前的环境执法与环境管理中，因污染受害者提出权利主张，而导致的环境纠纷相当普遍。选择合适的解决方式、对当事人十分重要。目前我国解决环境纠纷主要有当事人自行解决、行政解决、司法解决和促裁解决等方式。对上述4种主要解决方式，从法律依据、解决程序、解决效力等方面作了分析和评述，并对建立和完善我国环境纠纷解决体系提出建议。

Approach on the Methods of Settling Environmental Dispute

Many environmental disputes happened in the process of environmental management and excecution of law at present because of the pollution issues and the vicitms raised their position of compensation. So selection of proper solutions are important to the parties. In China the main ways of solutions are offered through self-settlement, administration, justice or arbitration which analyzed and commented on the base of law, their procedure, and efficiency etc. Finally some rec- ommendations were put forward.
