摘    要:结合《环境影响评价技术导则-声环境(HJ2.4-2009)》1],介绍了国内目前使用的几种声环境影响预测模型,并以某新建大型炼厂为研究对象,着重介绍NoiseSystem模型的基本原理、操作过程和所需基本资料,并利用该模型对项目所在区域声环境可能产生的影响进行了预测。结果表明:预测结果与同类项目现状监测值类比,具有较好的一致性,说明该模型可以应用于国内石油化工行业区域声环境影响预测。

Application of NoiseSystem Model in Environmental Impact Assessment of Petrochemical Industry

Abstract:Based on the Environmental Impact Assessment Technology Guidelines-Sound Environment(HJ2.4-2009),this paper describes several domestic acoustic environment impact prediction models currently used.Taking a new large refinery as the research object,this paper focuses on introducing the basic principles,operation process and basic information of NoiseSystem model and also predicted the acoustic influences on the project areas by using this model.The results shows that the predicted results is consistent with current monitoring data of similar projects,indicating that the model can be applied to the regional acoustic environment impact prediction of domestic petrochemical industry zones.
