伊洛河和浑太河春季水体光学吸收特征的对比

摘    要:为分析伊洛河和浑太河两流域水体光学活性物质的来源、吸收特征、空间差异以及在光合有效辐射(PAR)范围内对总吸收的贡献,于2017年和2013年5月分别在两流域进行河流样品采集,对两流域水体中悬浮颗粒物和有色溶解性有机质(CDOM)的吸收特性和水质参数进行测定.结果表明,两流域总悬浮颗粒物的吸收光谱ap(λ)]与非藻类颗粒物的吸收光谱ad(λ)]相似,与ad(λ)和浮游植物的吸收aph(λ)]均显著相关.两流域ad(λ)均是总吸收的主要成分,伊洛河流域aph(λ)的贡献率大于CDOM,而浑太河则相反.通过对比蓝红比aph(440)/aph(675)]发现,伊洛河流域样品蓝红比的变化幅度高于浑太河流域,说明同一季节浮游植物中辅助色素与叶绿素a浓度Chla]的组成存在显著的空间差异.通过对比CDOM的吸收斜率(SCDOM),发现伊洛河CDOM的组成物质分子量较浑太河大,主要为外源性物质.另外,通过CDOM的相对分子质量MraCDOM(250)/aCDOM(365)]的对比,发现伊洛河水体的变化幅度高于浑太河,而均值小于浑太河,表明伊洛河水体的颗粒物大小不一,浑太河水体更趋近于小分子颗粒物,与基于SCDOM得到的结果一致.
