氟化物与癌症相关性研究进展

为了探索氟化物与癌症的相关性及其机理,国内外许多研究机构分别从氟化物对癌的诱发作用、流行病学调查和相关性研究以及促进致癌作用等方面进行了长期的研究.结果表明:在一定的条件下,氟化物对肝癌、纤维肉瘤、肿瘤性转化等方面具有诱发作用,与口腔癌、咽癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、肝胆管癌、排泄器官癌、男性骨癌、泌尿系癌、淋巴造血系癌、肺癌、膀胱癌等的发生密切相关,在肿瘤发生过程中,也具有某种促进作用.

PROGRESS OF THE RESEARCH ON THE RELEVANCE BETWEEN CHLORIDE AND CANCERS

In order to explore the relevance between chloride and cancers and the mechanism concerned, many research institutions home and abroad have conducted olng - term research into the influence of chloride on cancers from such aspects as the inducing effect,survey of epidemiology and relevance, and promoting effect of causing cancers, Results show that under certain conditions, the chloride can not only produce inducing dffect on liver cancers, fibrosacoma and tumorous transformation, but also have strong relations with the occurrence of buccal cancer, faucal cancer, colonic cancer, anal cancer, hepatic cancer, emunctory cancer, male bone cancer, urinary system cancer, adenoid cancer, lung cancer, vesical cancer and so on. Besides, it also produces a certain promoting effect during the process of tumor occurrence.
