| 摘 要： | 环境监测是环境保护工作的重要组成部分，基层环境监测管理还存在着思想认识不到位、环境监测管理模式和机制不明确，人、财、物投入不足等等问题。本文对基层环境监测站存在的问题进行了较为详尽、客观的剖析，结合实际工作经验分析问题的成因，提出相应的改进对策和有效的解决方案。 |

| Abstract: | Environmental monitoring is an important part of environmental protection work .The management of grassroots en-vironmental monitoring station exist many problems , such as incomplete understanding , unclear management mode and mecha-nism on environmental monitoring , lack of people and money .Combined with practical experience , this paper made a de-tailed, objective analysis for grassroots environmental monitoring station , and puts forward some suggestion and effective solu-tions. |
