铁炭曝气微电解对炸药废水的试验研究

摘    要:采用铁炭曝气微电解对炸药废水进行预处理,处理结果表明:当炸药废水调节pH值为2,反应时间2h,物质A投加量2g/L,铁屑与活性炭体积比为1∶1时,进水TOC为2600mg/L,COD为2500mg/L,NH3-N为190mg/L,出水TOC为250mg/L,COD为400mg/L,NH3-N为20mg/L,去除率分别为90.5%、82%和89.6%,BOD5/COD由0.16提高到0.38。

Abstract:The process of ferric-carbon aeration micro-electrolysis was studied in pre-treatment of dynamite wastewater.Results showed that when condition of ferric-carbon aeration micro-electrolysis was controlled at pH value 2.0,reaction time 2h,dosage of A 2g/L and Fe/C 1:1,the removal efficiency of TOC,CODcr and NH3-N was 90.5%,82% and 89.6% respectively,with BOD5 /CODcr raising from 0.16 to 0.38,and concentration of TOC,CODcr and NH3-N degrading from 2600mg/L to 250mg/L,from 2500mg/L to 400mg/L and from 190mg/L to 20mg/L respectively.
