模糊综合评价在煤炭产业安全中的应用

摘    要:综合考虑煤炭产业安全的各种影响因素,运用模糊综合评价理论,给出了一种新的煤炭产业安全评价方法--模糊综合评价方法.这种方法,能够综合考虑到影响煤炭产业安全的各种因素,将评价因素的各项指标进行量化处理,从而对煤炭产业安全做出科学合理的安全分析评价.

Abstract:The present article intends to introduce the authors' research on the application of fuzzy integrated Evaluation theory and method to coal industry safety, while taking into the factors affecting the coal mining safety into consideration. As a result, the paper has brought about a new method on coal industry safety evaluation. With the given method, the factors affecting coal industry can be integrated and dealt with the parameters and targets of evaluating factors through quantitative analysis, thus giving a scientific and reasonable safety analyzing model. While evaluating the coal mining safety, all the results of experts' analysis can be quantified and digitized in fussy, or inaccurate data forms and handling so as to reach rational evaluation results by decreasing subjective factors. Following this fuzzy integrated evaluation model, the weighted value of each factor and the values of single factor evaluation matrix can be derived from coal industry experts (or expert groups or commissions) based on the actual situation of the coal mining spot. Therefore, this method is much more scientific and has pervasive applicability. While using the method, it is highly recommended to listen to and adopt the collective suggestions of the experts concerned so as to diminish the influence of subjective factors and increase the creditability of the obtained results. Although the model involves more computation and calculation than other methods, the eventual evaluation results are to be made only by the enormous complex computation scores and the experts comprehensive analysis based on the computation. Therefore, the method will be highly promising from the point of view of practicability.
