石莼、铁钉菜和蜈蚣藻对氮源利用的研究

摘    要:选择三种大型海藻石莼(Ulva lactuca)、铁钉菜(Ishige foliaceaokamurai)、蜈蚣藻(Grateloupia filicina)作为试验材料,设置对照组、ΝO3-Ν(80、160μmol/L)组和ΝH4-Ν(80、160μmol/L)组,研究不同的Ν源对三种大型海藻生长和Ν吸收速率的影响。设置四个温度梯度(5℃、15℃、25℃、30℃)和三个光照梯度(600 lx、1 200 lx、1 800 lx、2 400 lx),研究温度和光照对三种大型海藻Ν吸收速率的影响。试验结果表明:石莼、铁钉菜、蜈蚣藻对两种Ν源ΝO3-Ν、ΝH4-Ν均有不同的反应。三种大型海藻均表现出优先利用ΝO3-Ν的趋势。石莼在ΝO3-Ν和ΝH4-Ν组中均表现出最高的生长和吸收能力。蜈蚣藻在ΝO3-Ν组中表现出比铁钉菜相对高的生长和吸收能力;铁钉菜在ΝH4-Ν组中表现出比蜈蚣藻相对高的生长和吸收能力。温度和光照条件对三种大型海藻ΝO3-Ν和ΝH4-Ν的吸收都有一定的影响。就温度而言,三种海藻对ΝO3-Ν的吸收趋势相似,即15℃时吸收速率最高;对ΝH4-Ν的吸收趋势相似,即5℃时吸收速率最高。就光照而言,三种海藻ΝO3-Ν的吸收趋势相似,即2 400 lx时的吸收速率最高;ΝH4-Ν的吸收趋势相似,即1 200 lx时的吸收速率最高。

Abstract:An experiment on the growth and nutrient uptake rate of three macroalgae species,Ulva lactuca,Ishige foliaceaokamurai and Grateloupia filicina were studied.The control group and ΝO3-Ν(80,160 μmol/L)groups,ΝH4-Ν(80,160 μmol/L)groups were designed.The temperatures(5,15,25,30℃)and lights(600,1 200,1 800,2 400 lx)were designed to study the effects of temperature and light on nutrient uptake rate.The results showed that the different species have different responses to nitrogen sources.They both showed the advantage of using ΝO3-Ν was beter than ΝH4-Ν.U.lactuca had the highest uptake ability.G.filicina grew better and has higher uptake ability than I.foliaceaokamurai under ΝO3-Ν.However,I.foliaceaokamurai grew better and has higher uptake ability than G.filicina under ΝH4-Ν.Both temperature and light had certain effect on nutrient uptake rate.To temperature,the trends of three algae to ΝO3-Ν was similar and 15℃ was the best.The trends of ΝH4-Ν in three algae were similar and 5℃ was the best.To light,the trends on ΝO3-Ν in three algae were similar and 2 400 lx was the best.The trends on ΝH4-Ν in three algae were similar.1200 lx was the best.
