| Abstract: | Recent studies indicate that the mercury in Chinese coal is higher than in world coal . The content of mercury in coal increases from north to south in China. In this paper, the current status of research on this subject is generalized from aspects such as: the distributions, the occurrences, the origin of mercury in coal, its fate and translation in coal combustion and its effect on the environment. |
