| 摘 要： | 作为国民经济中较为新兴的产业，再生资源产业的界定及其构成还未达成完全一致的理解。在明确再生资源的定义及其分类的基础上，着重探讨再生资源产业的内涵及其与相关产业的关联，提出再生资源产业政策的制定，需要注意与相关产业政策之间相协调。

| Abstract: | As a relatively new industry of national economy,there has been no complete consensus on the definition and composition of recycling industries.On the basis of definition and classification of renewable resources,mainly the implications of recycling industry and its links with other industries were discussed,The establishment of the recycling industry industry's policies should be made to reconcile with policies of its linked industries. |
