摘    要:试验分析了间歇流人工湿地中微生物种群、数量以及环境条件对微生物的影响,探讨了芦苇根系周围存在的不同种类微生物,以及所构成的间歇流人工湿地特有的生态系统对污水中COD、氮、磷的净化效果。结果表明:人工湿地系统中常见的微生物种类有9种,不同菌属的微生物的存在与溶解氧浓度有关;各菌种微生物的数量受温度影响较大;ABR与两级湿地联合的污水处理系统夏季COD、NH4+-N、TP的去除效果较好,而冬季效果较差。

Abstract:Generic and amounts of microorganism as well as environmental conditions on microorganisms were investigated in sequence constructed wetland process to study the removal efficiency of COD,NH4+-N and TP. Results indicated that there were 9 kind strains of microorganism in constructed wetland,with dissolved oxygen as major factor influencing the occurrence of each strain and temperature as major factor influencing the amount.
