| 摘 要： | 通过对我国现阶段能源、资源的需求、可采储量、资源结构等现状分析,提出建设节约型社会是实现经济社会可持续发展的必要措施和举措.明确了建设节约型社会的意义后,即而从四个方面阐述了从环境保护和环境管理角度,建设资源节约型社会的主要做法.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation of requirements for energy and resources, recoverable reserve and resource structure in China, the author points out that to construct an economy society is an essential step for the realization of sustainable development of economic society, and from the standpoint of environmental protection and environmental management, puts forward proposals for the construction of resource-saved society. |
