| 摘 要： | 县（区）级环境监测站要从制度、法律、法规上予以保障，理顺监测机制，稳定监测人员队伍，打造监测品牌，提高市场竞争力，提升监测能力和定位好环境监测的职能。打破传统建站模式，建立区域监测站来适应区域经济发展、区域环境监测的需要，县（区）级环境监测站才有生命力。

| Abstract: | The developments of county/district environmental monitoring stations need guarantees of systems,laws and regulations to straighten out monitoring mechanism,stabilize monitoring staff,create monitoring rank and raise competitive capacity.The measures such as breaking up traditional model and establishing regional monitoring to suit the regional development are put forward. |
