摘    要:虾夷扇贝原产于太平洋西部和北部的俄罗斯、朝鲜及日本沿岸等地,适于在低温、高盐度海洋环境中生存、生长。为确定虾夷扇贝适宜的生存环境,研究了悬浮物对虾夷扇贝的致死作用。结果表明:(1)悬浮物对虾夷扇贝的急性致死效应(72h)不强;(2)高浓度悬浮物对虾夷扇贝具有很强的慢性致死作用。

Abstract:Japanese scallop Patinopecten yessoensis is a Pacific Asian low-boreal species of commercial value. It originally distributes along the northern coastline of the Korean peninsula, the coastline of Primorye, near the shores of the Sakhalin islands, South Kuriles and Hokkaido and on the northern coastline of Honshu Island. In the early 1980s it was introduced to China Sea for mariculture. Because of the commercial importance, it has become the important cultured species in Changshan islands of Liaoning province and Chang islands of Shandong province in recent years. In this paper, the lethal effects of suspended solids on Japanese scallop were studied to define the optimum environmental conditions in spite of the water temperature and salinity. The results showed that high contents of suspended solids could cause the mortalities of Japanese scallop while it was exposed for a long time. The suspended solids condition should be concerned when the selecting mariculture areas for this species, and the disposal of dredged materials should be strictly controlled in the culture areas.
