| Abstract: | The production, composition, collection and transportation of Shanghai municipal waste were introduced with detailed data. Some widely used methods for waste treatment, especially the sanitary landfill technique used in Shanghai and the leaching treatment,anaerobic pond-facultative pond-aeration pond-wet land,were also briefly introduced. |
