摘    要:针对门座起重机回转机构故障发生的特点,基于模糊层次分析法原理,建立了门座起重机回转机构状态综合评价模型。引入三角模糊数描述专家的判断信息,建立模糊互补判断矩阵,采用基于可能度的重要度排序确定各评价指标的权重值,以此判断各评价指标对整个机构的影响程度。邀请专家对列出的各评价指标的综合性能予以评价,根据得到的指标评价矩阵和权重矩阵,求出整个回转机构的模糊综合评价矩阵。根据最大隶属度原则,确定机构的工作状态和综合性能的得分情况。

Abstract:The present paper aims to introduce our study on the state comprehensive assessment for slewing mechanism of portal slewing crane based on the fuzzy FAHP,which is commonly used for advanced system analysis and decision making.In proceeding with our research,we have,first of all,established a hierarchical analysis model for evaluation indexes of slewing mechanism in which three aspects,that is,the rotary bearing device,the driving mechanism and the electric circuitry system,are to be taken into account.Next,we have introduced a triangular fuzzy number to describe the expertise evaluation information,which can be made more accurate in expressing the experts’ judgment and more consistent with the fuzziness of human judgment compared with a regular accurate number.And,still next,we have set up a fuzzy complementary assessment matrix by using a triangular fuzzy number and defined the weight value of every assessment index based on the possibility degree in accord with the related formula and the fuzzy complementary matrix for evaluating the influence extent for the whole organization.Afterwards,we have divided the working principle into four levels and invited the experts concerned to assess the comprehensive performance of every evaluation index.Later on,we have worked out the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix by using the index evaluation matrix and the weight matrix.And,finally,according to the maximum membership status,the status in situ of the mechanism proves well-behaved with its comprehensive performance score being over 0.6.Thus,it can be seen that the mechanism for the time being is in good condition with a few indexes remaining to be improve.And therefore,it is still necessary to check further on the whole mechanism,and repair or replace some parts of it,so as to provide a solid foundation for the equipment maintenance and managerial estimate and control.
