| 摘 要： | 鄂尔多斯作为典型资源型城市，资源性产业在国民经济中长期占据主导地位，因此节能减排任务十分艰巨。本文分析总结了“十一五”以来鄂尔多斯市节能减排取得的成效及采取的主要措施，并在此基础上提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Ordos is/he city with resource-based economies, resource industry chain hold the leading position in national economy. Therefore, the energy conservation and emission reduction became very important to Ordos. This paper analyzed the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ before the four years of Ordos, the effectiveness of energy-saving emission reduction achieved and take the key measures and put forward some suggestions to promoting energy-saving emission reduction strategy. |
