摘    要:在简要说明生物质与煤共燃意义的基础上,对低温热解生物质和煤共燃的污染性能和经济性能进行了研究和评价。认为低温热解生物质(锯屑、谷壳和花生壳)与煤共燃能够减排CO2、CH4等温室气体及NOX和SO2等大气污染物,减排重金属污染物和其它微量有毒有害元素;同时,二者共燃可以在运输成本、存储成本、电厂生物质处理费用、设备改造费用和节约煤炭等方面降低电厂的运营成本,但也可能在生物质低温解产品加工上提高生产费用以及在因燃用热解生物质可能造成的积灰结渣上提高设备维护费用。可以预见,生物质与煤共燃的研究将是实现能源可持续发展的有效措施之一。

Pollution and economy evaluation of co-firing low-temperature pyrolyzed biomass with coal

Abstract:Based on the co-firing significances of biomass with coal, this paper gives the pollution and economy evaluation of co-firing low-temperature pyrolyzed biomass with coal. This paper suggests that co-firing low-temperature pyrolyzed biomass (sawdust, rice hull and peanut shell) with coal will reduce the emission of greenhouse gas (such as CO 2 and CH 4), and else air pollution (such as NO x and SO 2). It also will reduce the release of heavy metal and other poisonous trace elements. At the same time, this paper documents that co-firing low-temperature pyrolyzed biomass with coal can, on one hand, reduce the operating cost by lowering the cost of transportation, storage, biomass handling, equipment retrofit and coal saving, on the other hand, increase the cost for production of the low-temperature pyrolyzed biomass and maintenance for the problems made by fouling and slagging. We can believe that the co-firing of biomass and coal will be one of the most important measures for energy sources sustainable development.
