| 摘 要： | 整理分析了黑龙江省山洪灾害的空间分布和其它特点，讨论了造成山洪的成灾因素。分析结果表明，气象(暴雨)是控制黑龙江省山洪灾害的主要自然因素。在此基础上，得出了黑龙江省山洪危险度分布图。指出在高纬度和林区，由于冻土层融化慢和过度采伐，可能加快山洪的形成。最后提出了预防山洪灾害的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Spatial distribution and other characters of mountain torrents in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed and summarized in this paper. It is found that the meteorological (torrential rain) condition may control the spatial distribution. Based on these data, a hazard zonation map of mountain torrents in Heilongjiang Province is provided. Slow melting of frozen soil and exceeding cut of forest may be the factors to speed mountain torrents in region of high latitude. Some prevention countermeasures against mountain torrent are suggested. |
