The paper deems the perceptual knowledge is the result of the interaction between subject and object by analyzing color sense, scientific instrument, and uncertainty principle. The biological sense of sense organs lies in differentiating the objects. This differentiating is relatively accurate, but not strictly corresponding with the objects one another. The scientific instruments are the extension of human sense organs. Color sense, as well as other sense organs and scientific instruments are the tools of human cognition. The uncertainty principle is closely related with the cognitive tools, and it can't be separated from the interaction between subjects and objects, and it exists both macroscopically and microscopically, and it is not the theoretical basis of non-determinism.
