| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来上海进口废物加工利用企业及进口废物环境管理的现状,对限制类进口废物历年进口数量、证书批准数量的实际使用率、加工利用企业的数量与区县分布以及企业的生产设备、工艺条件、企业管理等状况进行了分析,指出了上海进口废物环境管理中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The existing status of waste raw material and environment management of restricted imported waste in Shanghai including quantity of imported scraps,efficiency of license,zonal distribution of processing firms as well as production equipment,technical condition and business management was introduced and analyzed.The problems in the environment management were also described and corresponding measures were proposed. |
