海上平台静设备失效概率计算方法适用性研究

摘    要:针对RBI评估失效概率计算方法对海上平台静设备的适用性,基于国内海上平台设备失效数据统计现状,提出以数据库软件为基础建立RBI评估系统的建议,以获取更加可靠的通用失效概率;对比国内外腐蚀减薄损伤系数计算方法的差异,根据海洋环境恶劣,静设备腐蚀严重的特点,结合模糊数学理论,提出更为保守的计算方法,并选取渤海某平台静设备验证新方法的适用性。结果表明,新方法得到的失效概率等级分布更为均匀,高失效概率等级的数量增多,符合海上平台静设备失效概率高的特点,但仍需通过生产实践来检验其可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming at the applicability of the failure probability calculation method by the RBI evaluation to the static equipment of offshore platform, a proposal on the establishment of the RBI evaluation system based on database software was put forward on the basis of the current situation about the statistics on failure data of equipments on domestic offshore platform, so as to obtain a more reliable general failure probability. The differences between domestic and abroad calculation methods of corrosion thinning damage coefficient were compared, and a more conservative calculation method was proposed according to the characteristics of severe marine environment and serious corrosion of static equipment by combining with the fuzzy mathematics theory, then the applicability of the new method was verified by selecting some static equipments on a certain Bohai offshore platform. The results showed that the distribution of failure probability grade obtained by the new method was more uniform, and the amount of high failure probability grade increased, which accorded with the characteristics of static equipment with high failure probability on offshore platform, but the reliability of this new method needs to be verified by practice.
