隧道内甲醇液体蒸发及蒸气扩散规律数值模拟分析

摘    要:为了研究隧道内甲醇液体蒸发及蒸气扩散规律,应用CFD方法进行了研究,分析了隧道内甲醇蒸气浓度分布规律。结果表明:浅液池上方、车辆底部及两侧位置出现甲醇蒸气的积聚,蒸气浓度分层具有一定的规律性,纵截面浓度分层较明显;甲醇蒸气主要分布于隧道中下部位置,尤其在距离地面1 m以下的空间,在泄漏源上方、车辆底部、车辆两侧均可能出现蒸气接近或超过爆炸极限的区域;隧道内障碍车辆底部和两侧较低位置蒸气产生积聚,同时车辆也阻碍了蒸气向对侧隧道口的扩散。

Abstract:To study the evaporation of methanol liquid and the diffusion laws of methanol vapor in tunnel, the CFD method was applied to analyze the distribution laws of methanol vapor concentration in the tunnel. The results showed that the accumulation of methanol vapor could be found at the bottom and both sides of the vehicle as well as over the shallow liquid pool, and the concentration stratification of vapor had a certain regularity with the obvious concentration stratification on the longitudinal section. The methanol vapor mainly distributed in the middle and lower parts of the tunnel, especially in the space below the height of 1 m from the ground surface. The area where the methanol vapor concentration is close to or exceeds the explosion limit might appear over the leakage source, at the bottom and both sides of the vehicle. The phenomenon of vapor accumulation appeared at the bottom and lower positions of both sides of the vehicle in the tunnel, and the vehicle hindered the diffusion of methanol vapor to the tunnel entrance at the opposite side.
